Our professional technician will arrive with an array of air sampling tools. Your home or business will be thoroughly inspected, during which real-time measurements will be taken for PM, Carbon Dioxide, Formaldehyde, Temperature, and Humidity. The main target of the inspection will be to collect air samples to measure the level of mold spores and particulate. The air sample cassettes will show the number of spores in the air, what type, their concentrations, and the level of other particulates.
We can also offer specialized solutions for each individual situation, including testing for Allergens, Radon, VOC's, airborne asbestos fibers, lead, and many other pollutants.

Inspect a property for signs of contamination/water intrusion, etc. Collect air samples and bulk samples and on-site air quality measurements. Samples will be microscopically analyzed by our biologist with a certification in fungal spore identification. Includes a full lab report as well as a remediation outline (if necessary) with steps to help correct the issues.
Home mold testing, includes particulate level, CO2 and formaldehyde. Includes collecting 3 air cassette samples and one tape lift sample.
Additional samples may be collected for an added fee.
Includes services of Basic IAQ inspections, with up to 5 air cassettes, 3 tape lift samples, as well as a swab sample. A sample will be collected for radon analysis.
Closing date staring you in the face? Need results yesterday? Let us bring the microscope lab to your living room. Our technician will bring everything needed for an on-site analysis of the air samples collected during the inspection. See for yourself a real-time microscopic evaluation of your air.
*Additional trip fees may apply based on site location. Call for any questions specific to your situation.
Breathing in mold spores is a part of life. However, if there is prolonged exposure to an elevated level of spores, it may negatively affect health and well-being. Symptoms such as irritation to eyes, nose, or skin, coughing, sneezing, and headaches may occur. These affects can be more acute in people with allergies, asthma, or other health-related issues, and in people with vulnerable immune systems.
PM stands for Particulate Matter, which is a mixture of solid particles and liquid droplets found in air. PM2.5 is fine particles with a diameter of 2.5 microns or less. Due to its size, it can be absorbed into the bloodstream and lungs. PM10 refers to particles with a diameter of 10 microns or less. Particle pollution has been scientifically linked to numerous health problems

Carbon dioxide is a colorless and odorless gas. It may become elevated due to inadequate ventilation. Exposure to high concentrations can lead to dizziness, drowsiness, or confusion. Scientific studies link exposure to elevated CO2 levels to decreased decision-making performance.
Formaldehyde is a colorless and strong-smelling gas. It is found in a variety of building materials, especially composite wood materials, glues, and insulation. Found in combustion emissions, including from fuel-burning appliances or cigarette/e-cigarette smoke. Can cause irritation of eyes, nose, throat, or skin. High levels of exposure may cause some types of cancer.
Water or excess humidity can cause big problems
Water damage is a major issue, and can lead to mold contamination.
Mold growth forms on wet building materials or in areas with poor ventilation.
As part of our Indoor Air Quality Inspection, we will collect air samples.
Material in the air, including mold spores will be captured by the air cassette, leaving a trace of particles.
The samples are stained, mounted, and analyzed by a microbiologist
