My Story

Hi, my name is Jeff Miller, the founder and sole operator of Scope Environmental, LLC. With 17 years of experience analyzing and consulting on environmental issues and compliance, I ensure professionalism, expertise, reliability, quality, and accuracy in every inspection and testing.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology in 2005, which allows me to personally analyze all of the inspection samples I collect throughout my career and business. This is what truly sets me apart from other companies who have to subcontract their work to a lab. With me, you can expect a faster and more personalized process. I also hold an asbestosis building inspection license in the state of Missouri.

In 2007, I started working as a lab manager, from which I gained not only years of experience in testing and analyzing but also extensive knowledge that I happily impart to others. My decision to start Scope Environmental, LLC stemmed from a desire to create a business that better supports my family and aligns with my values. My goal is to provide exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients in St. Louis, MO, leveraging my extensive experience and expertise as an environmental consultant.

I focus exclusively on mold inspections, asbestos testing, radon testing, and environmental consultations—no abatement, remediation, restoration, or mitigation services.
